Gene Hunt is an actor, writer, producer and independent filmmaker. A transplant from Kansas, he has lived in New Mexico for 36 years. He is the charter chairman for the Moreno Valley Arts Council and has served with other film festivals including Taos Talking Pictures and Mindfield Film Festival – Albuquerque. Gene is known for The Backroom (2017), A Bitter Reckoning(2018), Sara’s Audition (2019), and 2021’s Millennium Bugs.

Dr. Ramesh Gopal is a medical doctor who was born in Moscow, Russia and raised in Mumbai, India. He moved to the USA in 1992, earned a PhD in Pharmacology from Northwestern University in Chicago and completed residency training in Radiation Oncology in Houston. He is also an author who prides himself on being an amateur historian with a special interest in Ancient Rome. He is an avid movie buff who believes that every story told in film must be seen in relation to the work of the great filmmakers who have shaped the medium. When not taking care of cancer patients, Dr. Gopal enjoys photography, traveling the world with his family, writing and collecting fine wine.
